Social enterprises are not for profit businesses that work primarily to improve the lives of people. Their core objective is to achieve a social, societal, or environmental impact. Their primary goal is to improve lives by supporting disadvantaged communities and addressing issues like food insecurity, affordable housing, and sustainability.

Local Grocery Store

Teach na nDaoine FRC’s local grocery store was developed in 2014. At present the shop is operated under the Daybreak franchise.

The HUB Furniture

The HUB furniture, upcycling and training aims to make a positive impact on both the community and the environment by providing affordable furniture options, reducing waste, and promoting upcycling.

Social Housing

Teach na nDaoine FRC is an approved housing body (AHB).

AHB’s are independent, not for profit organisations.
