Donating Food to Charity

Food Pantry

The Food Pantry initiative serves as a vital resource for families, providing access to nutritious food and essential supplies. By addressing food insecurity, we aim to uplift our community and foster a supportive environment for all.

Teach na nDaoine FRC Food Pantry

The Food Pantry provides food and other helpful resources to individuals and families within our community who are experiencing food insecurity and other life challenges.  The food pantry is based in Teach na nDaoine FRC. We thrive on confidentiality and ensure each person using our pantry is treated with dignity and respect.

The Food Pantry is open on Monday & Tuesday each week (not open on bank holidays) from 9.30am to 3.30pm. Access to the Food Pantry is by appointment only by calling Reception on 047 71398 to book a slot.

We could not run this service without the support of our partners:

  • Tesco Food Cloud

  • Mallon’ Sausages

  • Carleton Cakes

  • Local Schools and Churches.

We are forever grateful for groups and organisations thinking of us and others who may be struggling. If you would like more information on the Food Pantry please call to discuss.
