We were absolutely thrilled to be invited to the Public Participation Network (PPN) Gathering recently! This event provided us with a fantastic platform to showcase the incredible work we’re doing at The HUB Furniture, Upcycling & Training , and to connect with like-minded individuals who share our passion for sustainability and community development.

A Milestone Achievement: 40 Tonnes Diverted from Landfill!

Since opening our doors in 2023, we have been on an inspiring journey, made possible by the unwavering support of our community. Together, we have successfully diverted an incredible 40 tonnes of furniture from landfill! This achievement underscores the power of the circular economy and how collective efforts can lead to significant environmental benefits.

Transforming Lives & Furniture

Our commitment to training and upcycling has been evident through two highly successful upcycling programmes. These initiatives have not only transformed old and forgotten furniture into stunning, functional pieces but have also empowered participants with practical skills and a renewed sense of creativity. The before-and-after transformations speak for themselves – each piece tells a story of sustainability and second chances!
